We are located in the Lower Greenville area of Dallas, TX, 75206. The address is provided upon booking.

All events must end by 8PM.
You’re more than welcome to bring in food or drink into the space. We ask that you follow TABC guidelines when it comes to alcohol in the space and please keep all food and drinks inside. You MUST dispose of all food waste in the trash dumpsters OUTSIDE the space when the event is over.
As we are located in a neighborhood, please be mindful of noise levels and ensure that any noise cannot be heard beyond the space walls.

You can change or cancel your Space reservation with no additional charge at any time up to 24 hours before your reservation is set to begin by contacting howdy@thedallaspalace.com.
Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the dollar amount spent that can be applied towards a future reservation with us. Your credit will expire 6 months from the date of the original reservation.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 24 hours of the start time of your reservation are not permitted. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Please note, this includes cancellations for any reason, including cancellations due to illness or a cancelled shoot.

Your rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Reservation time must include set up, break-down, and clean up. The Space must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period to respect our fellow creative's time and efforts. It is the responsibility of the Renter and its Vendors to set up, breakdown, and move equipment and other items within the Space.

We ask that you assume responsibility for returning the Space to its original condition and be courteous of those using the Space before and after you. This includes but is not limited to discarding the trash in the dumpsters, everything returned to its original location, and and messes cleaned up.
Pets are not permitted in the Space at this time.
If the Space is not left in the same condition it was prior to the Renter's reservation, Renter agrees to pay a $120 cleaning fee.

• No fully nude photography, videography, or explicit sexual activity.
• No smoking, vaping, recreational or illicit drug use in the Space.
• No glitter, fake snow, smoke bombs, or fire of any kind in the Space.
• Music or other sound must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the Space.
• No affixing anything to walls or backdrops including nailing, hanging, taping or Command strips.
• No children shall go unsupervised.
• The renter may not sublease the Space to any third party.
• No pets permitted on the premises.

All parking is free.
There is a long driveway with space for 4-5 cars parked one behind the other. We ask that you prioritize using this driveway first.
If you need more space, there is also free street parking available. If parking on the street (after utilizing the driveway) - please do not block neighboring driveways.

Hanging anything on the walls is not permitted. No affixing anything to walls including nailing, hanging, taping or Command strips.

Dallas Palace boasts about 1400 square feet of indoor space and features 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. There is also an attached black outdoor deck that belongs to Dallas Palace.
The backyard lawn/firepit patio space is shared with a guest house on the property. If you require use of the backyard space for your event or shoot, just let us know as part of your reservation and we can easily coordinate that with the guest house resident so that you have exclusive access to the backyard lawn/firepit patio during your reservation.
